DTF Film Description
DTF Film is also known as color inkjet film, digital printing film, etc. The water-based color ink and white ink are directly printed on the printing film by the printer to form various beautiful color patterns, sprinkled with hot melt adhesive powder, shaken, dried, and then transferred to the ironing board.
DTF Film provides excellent durability, ensuring that the printed design withstands repeated washing and wearing without fading or cracking. It also offers flexibility in terms of design customization, as multiple films can be layered to create unique effects or incorporate different colors.

Cautions
1. Tear-off method: cool tear or hot tear.
2. The printing film is a soft product. A slight stickiness on the surface is normal, and the surfaces should be prevented from sticking to each other.
3. Reasonably control the temperature and pressing time. If the temperature is too high or the time is too long, it will easily cause discoloration or decrease in elasticity

A: The thickness is 0.075mm, length is 100m per roll.

Q2). How long is the lead time and delivery time?
A:For sample the lead time:1-3days;
For bulk the lead time:5-7days;
For bulk the delivery time:3-7days by air, 25-35 days by sea; (p.s.:usually depends on the order quantity)

DTF Film Application
When using DTF technology, the design is printed onto the DTF film using a specialized printer and ink. After the printing is complete, the film is placed on the fabric with the design facing down.
